the only reason the director even knew about the People's Temple is because of their tragedy. exploitation. song is OK.

Crazy murderers and fanatics. Great. Human, they are. Heroes or anything positive they are not. The world doesnt need people like this. Looks nice, though.
California Congressman Leo Ryan arrived in Guyana to survey Jonestown and interview its inhabitants. After his life was threatened by a member on the first day, Ryan decided to return to the U.S. with some residents who wished to leave. As they boarded their plane, a group of Jones's guards opened fire on them, killing Ryan and 4 others

Such a great song!!!!!!! I was thrilled when I learned how to play it! I saw you guys in the park you were so awesome!
From the Director:
"For this music video we didn't want to put a spin on the footage or the peoples lives—instead we wanted to re-tell and humanize their story. Lastly, I am moved to say when we completed the video we were able to preview it for some of the survivors of the Jonestown Massacre, who expressed their appreciation of our focus on the lives of the People's Temple members as opposed to exploiting the graphic images of the final tragedy. "
I think you people should really calm down.

i love the song. crazy how they thought of using the jonestown as the music video, but i'm even more impressed that they didn't put in the massacre part of it, only the everyday life of the people. it's as if this whole music video is a memoir to all the victims, don't you think?
