Hi Again this is a demo of how a Minimoog can sound like from soft leads to aggresive bass with a few examples of well known synth lines from JMJ or Pink floyd, enjoy ...

  • Is it true that they went out off tne quite a lot?

How do you tune them back up?

I saw a program once about the master Robert Moog.

He opened up Rick Wakemans Moog just before a concert to fix something.

    All the best to you.

    I shall own one................one day.

  • @DAVEGARDENER40 no this is very stable ,its the voyager not model D so this one stays in tune.

  • It just occured to me: The Minimoog can play sound Effects!

  • I think this synth is kinda broken. It's only playing one note at a time ;-)

  • Sounds really good, I love pink Floyd.

  • for those who say it sounds too "clean" there are plenty of ways to" warp boost dirty up" the sound via amps effects etc- most analogs are treated by effects- even the old synth monsters were usually run through an analog delay tape echo etc or so say masters like klaus schulze tangerine dream floyd etc- i understand it doesnt quite sound like an old moog but i wouldnt expect it to- i think its the best moog has done in years- no preset crap no midi- no software updates- like the silly moog LP

  • @JohnF30Music actually yes i can but to the average music fan yes id agree with you they dont notice or care but then again standards are at a low so its no suprise they dont know the difference- to the musician and studio engineer no doubt you can hear the difference- digital clips and is less rounded less warm nad less pleasing to the ear- i can tell and i think its the main reason why so many recordings both electronic and acoustic seem to lack the warmth of older recordings

  • @EliasElElias $1,500-$3,000

  • And what song is the Pink Floyd line from?

  • Is that a Voyager or an original Minimoog from the 70s?

  • Being an OS owner, have you found to miss any of the other functions available on the regular Voyager?

  • love the pink floyd bit at the end.
