In this setup, we cover how to transition from side control to kesa gatame, or the "sit-out" position, and then transition directly to a darce choke (aka the brabo choke).

  • @gunfighterdrummer Lost a lot of weight. A lot of the earlier videos were filmed when I was at a different job where I traveled all the time and all I ever ate was fast food. I've since changed jobs and I'm back down to a more natural weight around 170 now.
