I DID NOT come up with this look,
I merely followed a tutorial done by panacea81.
The purpose of this video I guess would be to show how this look would look like on someone with dark brown/asian eyes.
Plus, it really is a pretty look (:

yea but i have...hm how to tell u...well i mean i don't have "bags" u know...i just have dark circle under my eyes...and 2 little lines on it...it looks sooo bad...like i have only dark skin uder my eyes...
