Seems like a good idea, but this video was rather disappointing with the abrupt ending mid process. I did not find the Part 2. There was mention of sewing and hot water but I don't understand how that works to bring the project to the finished state. The creative process of laying out the fibers could have been condensed and saved you few minutes, allowing you to give the crucial information about how to finish.

Yes - but I would be careful. If the quilt is going to be washed you might get more shrinkage.
