One of the nicest builds I have seen but i think I may recognize a small problem, your jet is way to far past the air intake slide it out until the jet is just even with or behind the internal port I think (hope) you will find you don't need forced air, also with your propane working pressure your tank valve may freeze up! so your working pressure might be able to be reduced if you try this.

Nice work. Did you do the welding yourself?

You may have saved me $50. I'll have to modify my burner ASAP....

awesome setup, 2 questions, how fast do you go through your gas per bottle? & have you tested to see what temp your flame gets at full flow?

cool burner and great explanation. just one question, to add more heat would it be better to connect a second propane tank (to increase pressure/flow) or set up a second burner?

Thanks for the view and the details. I might be a bit uncomfortable with lighting it outside and then placing into tube, with the flames coming out the slide gate as shown. Why not light with the tip in place?
While the air through the concentric pipes means that you cannot have control, it has more than it needs-- and it appears that you could add a blower easily?

Not simple.

very well spoken rite through the prosses bud,10/10
theres allot of different types of burners getting around on here, but not many take the time to show how its made and what its made of again 10/10 thanks for your time and info :)
I havent tested the burner actually. Ill be honest i had to put that project to the side for now. Im considering adding a blow dryer or some sort of forced air system to increase volume/heat. But it seems pretty damn hot right now. Iff you add a second bottle all it will do is add more available propane not really increase volume. The regulator controls that. Adding more oxygene to the source of the flame will increase the burn intensity and heat though.

Wel thanks for the advice. I may want to shorten the burner tube but i left it long because i can always shorten it but i cant lengthen it as easily. Also, i used scrap i had in the shop so the sizes and material were not my top pick but free and abundant.
