@RingneckDoveFan As a kid it was the only way to get to Rockland from South Weymouth. When they extended the runway way back when the Rockland strip was the alternative route.Opening it would just piss off a heavily residential area. Doesn't make since to me..

Where do you park? That gate leads to the runway of the NAS.
And I just went through that gate today. Someone slammed into it with their car or something... anyone can crawl right under it.

Most people see the signs suggesting you slow down in the area and there is a speed limit. Let's open the gate, have the speed limit lowered and put in cross walks and there won't be any major problems.

Keep that closed for sure. It's just gonna be a bunch of rich bastards who flourish there and live there. No need for this. We have other problems and this will only add to it. It won't even create many jobs, not to mention temporary ones. Only the rich will benefit from this B.S.!!!
