Superfoods making headlines recently include acai berries , blueberries, cranberries, pomegranates, and omega-acid rich fish like salmon. Superfoods are all the new hype, and real Acai Berry is one of them. I made the life changing decision to add Acai Berry to my daily life, and I regret not making that decision sooner.
Research on acai berries is limited, however, and these claims have not been proved. Still, fruit is an important part of a healthy diet.
