for any physical activity you do, no matter what it is, always warm up the places you're gonna work with. you didnt help me very much with this vid but i hope youll help others to prevent from injury.

It's manageable. It hasn't really bothered me in a while. I keep my wrists wrapped when I'm cubing and stuff.
