11.50 Mile Foot Race: challenging, not for the beginner; four aid stations, markers every mile. Start at Main St Gazebo on Sullivan St, then make a "mad dash" for 3,000 feet to the entrance of the D & H Canal Tow Path, a 4 mile scenic and historic stretch that is flat, fast and enjoyable.
At 4.3 miles, fuel up with "high test" at aid station 1 and get ready to experience what
"intestinal fortitude really is! The time has come to attack the "Roosa Gap", an 800 foot vertical ascent over 1.9 miles. Catch your breath at the top, refuel (aid station 2) then start the "Roller Coaster" - all three miles of it.
Just past 9 miles (aid station 3), get ready for the "big drop", a 2 mile downhill!
Once you reach the valley, everyone will be waiting to cheer you on.

@WhiteTiger333 Hi breathing was fine, I think he wanted to keep running. It is getting harder to keep up with him.

I didn't hear any labored breathing from Justin. :) Excellent run, both a' ya's!
When I was in India during the hot season, I drank at least one water coconut a day for electrolyte value. The best!
