Raisin Nut Bread With Wally

Our guest cook today is Wally a retired baker that does a much better job with my bread recipes than I do. I think you will enjoy watching him in the kitchen. He was a guest of ours and lost about 10 pounds while here and has lost more since that time and is off of two of his 3 blood pressure meds. He is 80 and still works hard and rides his bike for exercise. It isn't unusual for him to ride his bike for as much as 9 miles or more on mountain roads.

Yes I do make soap and I love it! Very addicting though! I also enjoy tole painting and singing traditional country and bluegrass music.

@ShimmeryD I learned a lot watching him while doing the video. I wish I had done some video of him between segments while we waited for the dough to rise. I will have to get him on again. Very easy to video.
