Our guest cook today is Wally a retired baker that does a much better job with my bread recipes than I do. I think you will enjoy watching him in the kitchen. He was a guest of ours and lost about 10 pounds while here and has lost more since that time and is off of two of his 3 blood pressure meds. He is 80 and still works hard and rides his bike for exercise. It isn't unusual for him to ride his bike for as much as 9 miles or more on mountain roads.

  • Thumbs up! It was a joy to watch this informative video. I have always been a bread person, and I hope to make this in the future for my husband and soon to be born daughter:) I enjoyed his story of how he came to bake. I would really like to read his book also. I will have to see if I can find it on the internet. Thanks so much for the lovely video.

  • @craftlover9 I'm glad you enjoyed him. He is fun to work with. I noticed that a lot of your channel subscribers are into soap making that sounds like fun. I have wanted to do that. :) Do you make soap?

  • @ShimmeryD I learned a lot watching him while doing the video. I wish I had done some video of him between segments while we waited for the dough to rise. I will have to get him on again. Very easy to video.

  • Thank you for sharing! Really enjoyed Wally!!
