  • @Zugvogel1 the reason it happens most violent people start off violent is most have mental disorders which causes them to be a target by fellow community members. so they shy away. those with a disorder who go around punching people usually won't go any further than that since they lose off some steam. but those who keep holding it in for many years may one day lose their temper and either kill one person, or cause a massacre.

  • @Zugvogel1 and even at 19 you are not fully mature. even people with no disorder don't mature until around 21-25. most who kill have a disorder which delays their maturity. and since impulse control is the last thing to fully develop, that means most killers either won't fully mature until their late 20's to early 30's, and in some extreme cases may always have a disorder. most killers like school shooters were the victims of abuse and neglect by peers and sometimes families as well.

  • Came Down..He is 9 !! Not 19 .you know that they where 4 Boys Aged 14,13,10 and 9.Sure it terrible what happend,but I think the Decition is right.A 9-year-old is mental not able to understand this.
