Cara Mason//Broken [2x03] {VIMB}

How complicated is the character of Cara? How harsh was her life towards her? Being separated from her family when she was nine, being tortured for weeks, made to kill her own father and serve Rahl... Her protest against her real self, her one-side love towards Richard and pain. Pain inside. Pain outside. Pain everywhere. She is so damaged, so lonely, so abandoned, so closed from everyone. Not trusting. Not forgiving. The most beautiful character ever.

This episode left me speechless for a long time. I watched it several weeks ago, since I'm kinda new to LotS and I completely adore Cara. She is very strong. Or at least trying to be. I wanted to do the video about whole season 2, but... Turned out this way.

This is an entry for VIMB competition round 2. We had to portrait an emotion. I guess, here it is hurt/pain. Pain inside that is 'eating' for a long time. Mostly first part is about breaking of small Cara, which is very emotional. Then stubborness of older Cara, hiding her true self. Then, realisation that she killed her father who was innocent. She was lied to and she killed. Hurt and in pain she asks Kahlan to confess her(equal death for Mord Sith) and... I'll leave an open ending.

I feel really sad now. For some reason this video fall heavy in my heart and makes me want to cry. I vidded my soul out. Don't know if you will like it. I really don't know. But this is one of those videos I make FOR MYSELF.
