in combat there are many sounds that you most indentify.like the popping of a AK-47,or the PK, direction ? motor's incoming or out going.your tarrain, high elavations mounains defelic it"s inpact to the N. it's to your S. ...the cobra ,kiwa .F-16, or the A-10's....and when you hear the rotor sounds of the BLACKHAWK ! your heart stop's... then it drop to the pit of your stomach..YOU SAY A PRAYER...then you cotinue your mission SGT H
