http://www.cleanairgardening.com/horihoriknife.html The all purpose hori hori gardening knife dates back to its roots in Japan, this knife originally started out as a tool used by bonsai enthusiasts who needed a multi-purpose tool while collecting bonsai specimens on mountaintops.

The stainless steel blade of the hori hori knife has two different edges, sharp edge and serrated allowing you to slice or cut with either option. The blade is also concave, which is great for digging or scooping soil and other materials. A sheath is included with a belt loop and retaining strap.
