Love this practice...and yeah, upside down works for me! I like to position my legs in cobbler too while being in shoulderstand......it has a nice effect on my pelvis area. May I also suggest something that works for me when I am very frustrated - long held side bends!! Gotta try it.

As long as you can spare, a yoga class is usually an hour. But 10 min a day would make a difference.
