2 totally different things. The Hondata P28 when used in conjunction with the Hondata S300 module allows you to completely reprogram the settings of the stock computer as well as giving it the "ability" to understand boost. The megasquirt is a piggy-back add-on. You would cut the factory wiring and insert it in between the stock computers and sensors. It lets the stock computer run some things while it changes some of the fuel and ignition parameters.

Sorry, this unit only works with the 96-00 Honda Civic and 96-01 Acura Integra. Thanks !
