I've been getting some requests on a conclusion for this, so this is part of that conclusion. And also I got some complaints about the mumbling noises so I took them out for this one.
Previously Melvin and Herbert hit on two girls that happened to be going out with Ted and Bill. This upset Bill and Ted so they beat up Herbert. Herbert tells Melvin about the ordeal. To cheer up Herbert Melvin show him a blaster he got at a garage sale. The blaster magically changes Herbert into a very attractive girl. After lots of worrying Melvin shoots Herbert again with the blaster which changes Herbert back to his former self. Now realizing that they can change back at will, they decide to use the blaster to change into girls and trick Bill and Ted into breaking up with their girlfriends. Soon after accomplishing their goal, Herbert and Melvin lose possession of the blaster to Ted. Now, facing the possibility of remaining girls for the rest of their lives, Herbert and Melvin agree to go back to Ted and Bill's house in an attempt to regain the blaster. The boys tell the girls that they'd like them to dress up like Playboy Bunnies, which they do for the sake of getting the blaster. After dealing with an abundant amount of seduction from Ted, Melvin gets the blaster and changes Ted and Bill into women and turns Herbert and himself back into men. Melvin then takes Ted upstairs against Ted's will and Herbert laughs at Bills request to be changed back to normal.
