I was walking across the Steele Bridge (back in 2009), & I see a tagging over up on the side of the freeway overpass/Bridge which is like 200 ft (HOD). in the air..So I decided to take some pictures of it to show how life risking taggers can be.....But everybody already knows & seen more riskier, so why you watching this one then??
