Is there a big difference between the Kalashethra style and the others? Because I learnt the same style above in Sri lanka, but my guru is not a student from Kalashetra!

Alarippu is Alarippu, the basics don't change. What might change between each style is how far the hand might flip up (like during the kitathaka-thei tha-thei, Kalakshetra doesn't flip their hand completely palm up, other styles do). Something distinctly Kalakshetran is the adavu in 1:52-2:02, the leaning of the torso and stretching of the arms is popular with that style.
It could be that the one you learned was from Tanjore/Pandanallur bani which the Kalakshetra style is derived from.
