I came across a old 'Kylie Minogue' music video on MTV called ' In Your Arms' from 2008.
The makeup is amazing throughout the pop video but this brightly coloured look is the one I choose to do an inspired tutorial on.

I will show you how to create this Kylie makeup look in easy steps.
