  • Very interesting, al jazeera should be on american cable....

  • The blogger has some excellent points! Great show overall!

  • Thank you for showing people that communication is a great solution to understanding.

  • Thank you for these Iraq shows Riz, it helps us have a real understanding of what is going on rather than the superficial reporting of US news agencies.

  • American foreign policy of intruding into other nations affairs for their own selfish interest took shape after World War II when the United states was the only world power after all of the former powerful nations were devastated by war both economically and militarily. Until the United States military forces stationed across the world are defeated will the powers in the white house change. The United States may have done several small good things but has also done extremely bad things as well.

  • Raed's point made with a wry smile was a grim forecast for the future of Iraq. US(coalition) forces will stay in Iraq to "forge peace" then forces will stay in peaceful Iraq "to maintain peace".Whatever happens, the Forces will forever hang around the Iraqi people like a bad smell! Maliki was dumb adopting a violent stance. Any small chance of acceptance has gone. The puppet gov't should be focused on repairs of essential services, water, power and shipments of food and medical aid for the people.

  • The one thing that I don't like about it is that America will use it as a reason to "divide and conquer". The government here loves to carve up other countries to make them less of a "threat". Actions like that make me ashamed of being an American....at least I know that I didn't vote for the idiot who is currently president.

  • A Sunni vs. Shia Civil war is only inevitable. More than likely with each side being backed with arms and supplies by the US and Iran. Which will of course give the white house what it needs to press for military confrontation with Iran.
