No, hasst with two "s"s mean hate, while hast with one s means have.
I know and love German.
They are both conjugated verbs, the base word of the first is hassen meaning to hate, and the second being haben meaning to have.
You really need to have an understanding of German to get the double usage here.
Nein means no, not never.

hast with a different style s means hate, I read that somewhere, that s does not exist in english alphabet.. and nein could mean either no or never ...sound choice translated that way to fit the song probably.
