Mt Ngauruhoe climb/Mt. Doom climb!

This is a short video of the second climb we have done. This mountain was Mount Doom in Lord of the Rings.

Pronunciation: Nah-eu-ru-ho-eh

It erupted 45 times in the 20th century, making it one of the world's most active volcanoes in that period. It last erupted in 1975. Fumaroles (the steaming vents) exist inside the inner crater and on the rim of the eastern, outer crater.
