The only reason a bill like this wont pass in many other places is because of the NAACP.After all if law abiding citizens are actually able to defend themselves against criminals,the majority of according to Justice department stats of 2006 are black,how on earth will the NAACP get their cut of the proceeds of crime and keep their doors open.Its to bad that channon christian and chris newsom didnt have a gun to defend themselves in 2007,then they would still be alive today.

Here in Chicago good people cannot own a gun and so all the criminals drive to Gary Indiana (1/2 hour drive) to get their guns to rob and rape and do whatever they want.
