These are two TV segments from 1977, both have been shot at the first of three Detroit, Cobo Hall shows in 1977, the interview was taken on the day of the first Detroit gig at January 27, 1977. This was the first time KISS held a TV interview unmasked, even though they had their backs to the camera. Enjoy the footage, quality is not the best, but tried my hands at upgrading the footage!
*Even though the bootleg info states the first segment is from 1976, its clearly been stated in the footage that its in Detroit, and in 1976, KISS did not perform at Cobo Hall during the Rock And Roll Over Tour.*

How did Peter Criss ever get a decent performance of "Beth" on record? He BLOWS live.

Thanks for this. I typed out a big long speel, but my iPhone didn't post. Keep em' coming! A fascinating insight into how they managed to conceal their identities.

Fantastic. Always look forward to your updates now! In a perverse way, it's a shame there wasn't any footage of them unmasked in the 70's when they were young men. Security must've been a real stress when trying to protect their identity.
