I'm betting it's a jewelers screw driver. You can get a set of pretty small ones from radio shack.

hi there, I was attempting to open mine but the tiniest screw driver i have could not unwound the screw....could you please tell which screw driver you used to unscrew the 4 top screws...thanks

Yeah, I know that this video is almost two years old but this is the first time I've found (on YouTube) a proper video on how to disassemble the Motorola S9 headphones. Even though it's sort of backwards it's still proper enough for anybody to understand all of the primary components of these S9's. Mine have been having a USB connectivity issue for a long time now.
