This is a recipe I fall back on all the time.
I like to put a poached egg on top of the greens for protein if I don't want meat. Delicious! Thanks for caring about making us healthy!!!

This Kale recipe has so much flavor, I'm so use to just adding a little salt to my kale, but the garlic and onion really bring out a delicious flavor to the kale

I used crunchy kale and also threw in shitake mushrooms and green onions (just for the extra nutrients) and it was really good. I think this recipe is going to become a staple in my diet.

I used this recipe and substituted the kale with mustard greens. I loved it and figured I would. My wife and kids actually liked it as well. One of my children that doesn't eat nearly enough greens asked for seconds.
