How much would argue a cause for a pay-off like 1.6mllion dolllars? Professionals like the the questioner here do not work for free they go where the money is. I am in favour of questioning everything but limiting some ones response to words of your own choosing is clearly tactical leading and not in favour of honesty or truth.

sorry, verkpunk n back2paranormal, neither of u has it entirely wrong nor completely right. some sort of review process is needed to maintain research standards, but errors do get made. conflicts of interest may get weeded out by ending anonymity of referees. expert comment and dialogue after publication may expose missed flaws. but whether or not the process gets perfected someday, how can a lack of studies justify using a potentially harmful technology before it's proven safe?

Peer reviewed,scientifically tested,FDA,EPA approved....these forms of "evidence" are not always correct as has been proven over and over. Many peer reviews and scientists are being sponsored by the very same people who have big financial interest in the subject in the first place. Just common sense will tell you that pumping a cocktail of chemicals including benzene and lead into the earth CANNOT be good for the ground water supplies;)
