The 2nd South Carolina String Band sings the popular American folk song, "Sweet Betsy from Pike." This song was originally set to the tune of the English music hall number, "Villikins and His Dinah." The melody is also used in the Irish songs, "Master McGrath," "The Old Orange Flute," and "Mr. Moses Ri-Tooral-I-Ay."
