Meet the Farmers

"Meet the Farmers" is an introduction to four of the farmers that supply ingredients to the Rome Sustainable Food Project at the American Academy In Rome.

On a related note, this short recently introduced the Rome Sustainable Food Project at a round table discussion during La Settimana della Biodiversità which included Alice Waters, Chef Mona Talbott, and Valerio Borgenelli, with whom I previously cooked at the academy. It was displayed on a screen 30 feet tall at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome.
