There were hardly any Chinese living permanently in Tibet in 1948. Yet Tibet is still being invaded by more and more communist invaders in 2009 and all sorts of human rights abuses are happening. Tibet has been LOOTED by the communists for nearly 60 years now and is still being LOOTED.
