My friends and I built 2 snowboard boxes this winter and we have enough plastic for another, but the best stuff (tested too) Is UHMW. Its literally better than what they use at the parks at major ski resorts. It is made by POLY-HI,inc. and costs $250 for a 4X10 foot sheet that is a half inch thick. IT IS AMAZING!

well... another option is fiberglass. i have it on my other box. it has not cracked on me yet and when its -30 it hold up.

@jobebme ....me and my buddy tried that n it cracks in the cold :(

the cheapest solution is linoleum flooring. it works great and it can be dirt cheep. just try to get a smooth design. that's what i am using on my box and its great!

like 2 feet to 2 and a half feet I didnt get directions or instructions I was like 19 when I built it I just used my imagination, i am pretty sure everybody has one of those. all you have to do is draw some stuff out on paper. buy or steal your wood. get your dads power tools and go at it. just make it sturdy with some reinforcements cause your going to be jumpin on it. I mean its going to be taking some abuse. its really easy to build stuff just make moves
