@VoodooRabbitPanic It is not that stopping to eat doesn't work to lose weight, it is that it is unhealthy. The body needs fuel even if you try to lose weight, so although it might work it is not the best way to do so as you can get other health problems. Also a reason that it might not work for all,is that it does slow down you metabolism and the body needing the nutrition so badly that it just keeps everything once you do eat something.
