Sitar Pracitice - Bhimpalasi in Rupak taal

This is an extended clip from the documentary film "A Cricket in the Court of Akbar." It is a practice session at my Guruji's house in preparation for the final round of the Sri Mahendra Bhatt Music Competition. This raga is an attempt at Nikhil Banerjee's famous Bhimpalasi composition in rupak taal (rupak taal is a rhythmic cycle of seven beats).

@twitch17100 Careful, buying a sitar isn't as simple as buying a guitar. Most Mid East instruments are garbage at best.
