what your video doesn't state is who actually made the rest of the car. it was Crosthwaite and Gardiner. i no the company very well, i live 1/2 a mile away from them

The video does state what the car is and that the coach work was done at Roach Manufacturing and does not make any claim to have built the complete car. When this video was made only the coach work, chassis and wheels were complete. We have a good working relationship with Crosthwaite and Gardiner and they do a fantastic job in recreating the rest of the car.

The original d'type would be worth a lot of money. This one is a recreation of the 1939 model and can be seen running at Goodwood Festival of Speed July 11th-13th. If someone wanted to pay 12 million for then it's worth 12 million.
