@ExcaliburSonic1594 Good question. I played this game on sonic's ultimate genesis collection for PS3 and had to save state like hell. Back when no one had the luxury of save states, I'm wondering the same thing.

This game has more then 100 levels. How the hell did anyone ever beat it without save states?
