@cherrypoots They're not common, but they do exist, usually they're in off the beaten path places that most RJs don't go into, since RJs are the new mainline.

@cherrypoots Start with Kodiak, AK, high minimums due to a 3000 ft. or so mountain at the other end of the runway, minimums raised to assure terrain clearance. (The rise is so steep that an F-15 couldn't outclimb it a while back)
