I notice it's always ex nu-metal kids/death metal newbs that get their panties twisted over genre arguments when they ditch their Slipknot cds for Cannibal Corpse cds. I wouldn't call this straight up death metal (most of the song sounds like sludge/groove) but it certainly does have some elements of the genre at 1:44.
