Яка різниця чи є в неї акцент, чи ні. На Вашому б місці я би пишалася українцямі, як Віра, котрі не забувають ні рідну мову, ні культуру. А акцент в українській мові всюди різний в самій Україні. Хіба Ви скажіте, що усі українці будь то на Заході, чи Сході розмовляють чистою літературною українською?

@Skresla It's not the diaspora language, it's how it used to sound before it was Sovietized into harsh sounding Russian. Maybe it sounds funny to you because it's less militant and more romantic.

@Aikosar People like me?Uhmm im european....I was born in Ternopil, Ukraine.I moves the U.S when i was 7. I am fluent in Ukrainian and i go there every year to see my grandparents/relatives. HOw am i posing to be European? She went to the same Ukrainian Catholic School as i did in Newark, NJ.
