@ScarletSnake I know...I've seen the first two films many years ago.
I used "Mark" as a metonym for Chow Yun Fat (........does the actor get killed again?).

He was already dead in the first one, in the second one Chow Yun Fat plays his twin brother, Ken, who owns a restaurant in New York.

Well, i personally like the Better Tomorrow series, with Part III being my fav [due to Anita Mui, no other reasons =)] However, Part III is rather different from the previous two versions as it's not really about corrupt cops, but the backdrop is on Vietnam & the political changes surrounding it. I would recommend it, if not for the plot, it'll be for the fantastic acting by the main actors: Anita Mui, Chow Yun Fatt & Tony Leung.
