how was this fim not a huge sucess? another classic that riginally didnt do well but years later is considered a great classic. like "its a wonderful life".

of coure the devil is going to make it sound like we NEED darkness in the world, but the truth is, evil is never "needed". we only tolerate evil becaus sin is in the world. that is why we need theredemptive power of Jesus Christ. this movie always reminds me of that for some reason.

This movie changed my life at a very young age both European and tangerine versions although this intro was never on either soundtrack so i thank you very much for posting this hella awesome clip, oh yea long ago on a fansite someone made a narrated version of this prologue song where this deep toned older dude read the prologue to the music and if anyone could ever find it you would eternally rock my mind the way this movie and Tim Curry's voice did.
