Alrighty, I cannot speak or read japanese, but this is one interpretation I have of this video:

This girl is obsessed with Space Invaders, she goes into the arcade to play the Space Invaders machine, the alien comes out of the game, she touches it, and the alien shows her what its world is like, and then they bring her back to her world, and try to give her a positive message (them putting the can in the recycler),
