A Passive Solar Glass House from New Zealand.
I live in Taupo which is in the central North Island of New Zealand.
We are near mountains and I enjoy growing vegetables.
But the growing season is short
I planted tomato plants in October before I had fully lined the glasshouse.
Usually because of late frosts I plant in December.
The plants are still producing fruit in May when I am lucky to go past March or earlier some years.

Hey there! I'm thinking about moving to New Zealand. Is it nice there? Also, do you guys get snow and frost...? I was under the impression that it was a semi-tropical climate... How long is your winter?
