Me doing 450 on Deadlift, for what was supposed to just be a single rep. It felt so good and easy I went ahead and did another one. (was doing a 5,4,3,2,1 workout) Will be attempting 500 lbs this Friday at my first powerlifting Meet. (January 20th)
