Also called a front somme, this is a gymnastic move that is freerunning and not parkour.

Note: You can learn this move other ways, i just think this is the safest. So don;t dispear if you don't hav a trampoline or mat. Just be safe when you do this outside

  • what is the better technique this or the russian frontflip technique?

  • this

  • hey i dont have a trampoline but im trying it on the floor and i have a problem i always land on my back what do i do about it????

  • your doing it wrong.

It should be almost impossible to land on your back doing this tecnique.

You're either not tucking enough or not throwing your arms enough

  • tyvm now i can frontflip didn't learn on trampoline tho just went for it at the park just need ot work on my landin now =)

  • now try it on a trampoline then. It will work out all the cinks and help with your landings

  • the most basic way to train a front flip is do a hand stand then land on you feet thats how i got the basics then i used the arm movements and i eventually got it

  • u probably need some muscle in the abs too right?

  • Ur on a hill knum nuts

  • hey uh when i do a frontflip i kinda get like to much rotation like I land on my toes the only thing i can think of is I dont untuck any advice?

  • on a trampoline do you need to push hard

  • i always land squatted, but how do you end up standing ?

  • lol does flipping into a pool help at all haha?

  • Ok i don't have a trampoline but i practice on flat ground and using cushions off a couch in case i screw up but i am having trouble getting my tuck in how can i improve that?

  • @mrWorldofWacraft i would say your simply throwing yourself downwards when u try to go up

its the hardest bit to do but you need to jump staright up

  • I just have two days of practicing front flip and know I can land it
