Actually I added another valve to a Bic lighter the second valve does not have anything to restrict the amount of fuel that comes through it. So it makes a really big flame, but the other side will stay normal

I used to do this at parties. I got sick of people asking me if I had a light, so finally I made these, so when they would ask for a light I'd say,"sure" and when they lean in I'd almost singe their eyebrows. They stopped asking me for a light after that.

But I never changed anything on the lighter, you can get the same effect without changing the valve, and I don't see the point of using a second lighter to light it. The way I did it, you didn't need two lighters...
