No, she says "capsule." It's very clear to me so I'm confused as to why there's a debate at all.
Believe me, Happy is a ***HUGE*** David Bowie fan (search for Happy Rhodes Ashes to hear her take on that, and Happy Rhodes Feed The Fire tribute for her shout out to Bowie at the end of that song). He's a musical god to her. She would NOT just change the word.
