  • I gave the letter to the woman to buy potions but i still have the letter how do i get rid of it ?

  • @DingTendo

You have to use the letter the first time to speak with the old woman. After that, you can purchase Bottles, which take the place of the letter. When you run out of potions, you have the letter again. It's just to take up the item slot.

  • How do you know how many arrows you have?

  • @musclecars60

Once you have purchased Arrows, it costs one Rupee each time you shoot them. You Rupees ARE your Arrows.

  • How do you cross the water at 4:42?

  • @MadAshSamuels

You need the Raft, which is the item found in Level 3 (which is in the previous video, part 04).

  • Nice video bro. Good commentary too. I've played this game since I can remember and hell if I knew there was such an efficient way to utilize all of those free coins.

I just want to comment on how funny it is to think when this game was brand new, all of the people running in and out of screens burning each and every tree to find all of the secrets. So much time wasted because there was no internet.

  • @Jmario232 finally someone is on my side

  • @GeckLost there is only 3 but in this game just like wind waker you are collecting pieces of one of the triforces

  • I guess the japanese weren't so environmentally friendly back when they designed this game...I wonder how many kids set trees on fire looking for double-crossing moblins handing out free money...

  • AH freakin like like ate my shield

  • @TheZeldaDungeon which would not make sense in practice (severed bowstring and all) probably why Nintendo decided to change the design from link to the past

  • @EricBrooks3000 playing this on gamecube bro!

  • @MrBoondock1 On the item screen you can either press B or select (On the NES controller) and it will bring up an additional screen where you can save and/or quit

  • Dude how the fuck do you save?

  • Watching this is kinda cathartic. I remember renting it for my NES back in the early 90s and never getting far at all (probably cause I was 5 or 6 and Zelda aint a real 5-6 year old game. LOL..) It's nice to see all the stuff I would've never seen. haha..
