Get the laser gun, you need to get the UFO ending to get that ending you needto:
Don't kill Alex's mother, don't forgive his father, and save Wheeler.

To get the young Alex costume you need to... press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right on the d-pad at the menu screen (press b after this if you're playing it on the 360)

To get the Saw just finish the game.
